  11.    MY WEB TOOLBOX is a collection of utilities designed as an aid in web 
  12.    page design and creation, although its applications are not restricted 
  13.    to that area. 
  14.  
  15.    The utilities have been grouped into subject categories. There are 
  16.    functions which assist in the selection of colours, with an emphasis 
  17.    on HTML and browser colours. Another group relates to image 
  18.    manipulation, including icon extraction and button creation using the 
  19.    icons, cutting images into smaller segments to allow manipulation to
  20.    create great effects,with the remaining being a group of assorted
  21.    functions such as selection of special characters, button creation,
  22.    screen capture, coloured HTML text and thumbnail images of image files.

  24.    NEW WITH VERSION 2.0 - An option has been added which enables the
  25.    creation of multicolour banners which can also contain text, images
  26.    and shapes.

  28.    NEW WITH VERSION 2.1 - Another button creation option has been added
  29.    which creates more realistic button images.
  30.  
  31.    NEW WITH VERSION 2.2 - More button images have been added to the 
  32.    realistic button image collection. Also another option has been added 
  33.    to convert values to and from binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal.
  34.    Button image components can also now be saved in the two button creation
  35.    options, so that the buttons can be recreated from file if required.

  37.    The program displays best on systems whose video display has been 
  38.    configured for 16 million colours ( 24 bits ). On systems configured 
  39.    for lower colour resolutions, some dithering of the colours will 
  40.    occur.

  42.    The program is self-explanatory, with the user choosing the required 
  43.    selection with the simple click on a button.

  45.    No installation is required. The program, this README.TXT file, and 
  46.    order files ORDER.HTM and ORDER.TXT, come in a zipped file called 
  47.    MWTOOLBOX.ZIP, which may be expanded using programs such as WINZIP. 
  48.    WINZIP is available at many sites on the web, or try their home page 
  49.    at www.winzip.com. However, if you are reading this file, it has 
  50.    obviously already been unzipped.

  52.    These instructions and the program are also available on our web site

  55.    After unzipping the file into the folder of your choice, simply click 
  56.    on MWTOOLBOX222.EXE to run the program.

  58.    This demonstration version of the program may be used free of charge, 
  59.    but some features have been restricted.

  61.    To receive an unrestricted copy, a registration fee of $20 should be 
  62.    sent to the developer at the address below ( add $6 if the program is 
  63.    to be supplied on disk ). Note that the DISCLAIMER and INDEMNITY 
  64.    conditions stated below apply to the registered version as well.

  67.    as an email attachment only ( unless the additional fee for a copy on 
  68.    disk is paid ). For those unsure of this system, see note at the bottom of

  70.    and additional products ( via email only ).

  128.    Note regarding email attachments. When there is an attachment to an 
  129.    email, your email program places all attachment files into a special 
  130.    folder it has for that purpose ( different programs have different 
  131.    folder names ). If you don't know the attachment folder name, then 
  132.    simply do a search of your entire drive for the attachment file name. 
  133.    You can then copy the file to a folder of your choice.
